The initiatives of Medicover, the Official Partner of EU-OSHA in the "Safe and healthy work in the digital age" Campaign, were dedicated to developing employee awareness of working with new digital technologies. In 2025 Medicover Ergonomics Team conducted educational and information campaigns and activities for clients as well as company's employees.
Events organized for Medicover’s clients included both on-site training and webinars, as well as practical workshops promoting healthy, safe, and ergonomic way of working. Workshop participants learned about the capabilities and limitations of their bodies and were familiarized with good practices. During ergonomic training, employees received advice on safe work techniques and gained knowledge on the prevention of musculoskeletal system disorders, with the demonstration of exercises that reduce musculoskeletal ailments and promote an active lifestyle. This year, the activities focused on the interplay between digital work, longevity, and mental health.

In 2025, we conducted the following actions for over 450 participants, during which we promoted the goals of the EU-OSHA campaign:

In addition, in 2025, we organized events dedicated to Medicover employees, including educational campaign with Senior Suit, which is highly visible on social media. The longevity workshops were dedicated to developing sensitivity to the needs and capabilities of people of different generations and targeted design of work environments for employees of all ages. They also promoted physical activity, a balanced diet, and adequate recovery to support a long and active life in good health.
The second activity that we introduced in 2023 and  have continued since then are regular Workstation Ergonomics Trainings for newly hired Medicover employees. In 2025, we conducted nine stationary training courses, during which we trained over 180 employees.
As this year’s campaign is ending, we are eagerly looking forward to the new one – “Together for Mental Health at Work” (2026–2028), which will bring fresh challenges related to mental health in the workplace.
